This policy explains what information Blabbot collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Blabbot dashboard and the chat widgets you embed on your sites.

• Account data: your name, email, organization name, and hashed password.
• Knowledge sources: the URLs, files, and text you add so your assistant can answer questions.
• Conversations: messages exchanged with your chat widgets, along with basic metadata such as page URL and timestamps.
• Leads: information visitors submit through forms you configure.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar details used to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To generate assistant responses from your knowledge sources using third-party AI providers.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To communicate with you about your account and important updates.

To generate answers and embeddings, we send relevant content to AI model providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). We also rely on infrastructure providers for hosting and databases. These processors handle data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete bots, knowledge sources, and conversations from the dashboard. When you delete data or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

• Access and update your account information from the dashboard.
• Delete individual knowledge sources, pages, bots, or conversations at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption of provider API keys and secure password hashing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
